• Make sure all instruments are STERILIZED

• Pack instruments with ample packing material in a puncture resistant box

• Place Instrument Sharpening Order Form in box

• Review and Accept Service Agreement

• USPS Priority Mail will be the shipping for returning orders unless agreed upon prior to order being shipped.

• Shipping and Handling will be calculated at shipping and added to invoice.

• Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt for sharpening and return of instruments. (The Smarter Edge is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to courier services)
